Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We are shipping all products except beauty products and coffee products to all over USA. Standard shipping rates apply

All out of state plant shipment, i.e. out of TX will go  through a USDA inspection, so please allow additional 3 -7 business days to generate the shipment labels. We expect to take up to 10 business days for inspection to take place. 

We ship Monday after the inspection, if Monday is a holiday we ship the following Monday. This ensures the plants to arrive prior to the weekend

CA shipments will be shipped with pot after USDA inspection. But Herbs will be shipped bare root.

Please place orders by Thursday so the we can ship the following Monday

Faster delivery are available for additional cost. 

Plant shipments within TX ship within 1 - 2 business days

Only plants and beauty products available for local pickup

Cloths, Jewels and wooden toys ship within 3 - 5 business days

Beauty products are pickup or local delivery only

Shipping Rates for plants

Shipmen slabs are 6, 15, 18, 25, 35 or4 5 for standard size products. The slabs are based on total weight of the shipment. 

Larger than 2 feet will be 55 USD standard due to non standard packaging needs

Combine products and save on shipping , automatically 10%, 15% or 20% discount applied

You also have an option to choose expedited shipment is available for additional cost

Local Pickup or Delivery

Pickup for free at store location 2412, Lakebend Drive, Little Elm, TX 75068

Delivery to Coppell, Irving , Little Elm,  Plano, Celina, Prosper, Denton, Frisco, Carrolton 

Standard delivery charge is 15 USD. When you order above 101 USD the delivery charge is waived

Return & Exchange Policy

Nursery products are not eligible for return. We can ship a replacement product when suitable evidence of main stem damage is reported. Withering of leaves, but healthy stem is considered healthy delivery. Buyer will have to indicated within 24 hours with proof if plant has not reached healthy to qualify for refund or exchange . For pickup orders no refunds. 

A stem with a cut may not be eligible for replacement as it is a common practice to grow from a cut stem.

A folded leaf is not eligible for replacement

A few fallen leaves are common during shipment


Any damage after 24 hours of delivery are Buyer’s responsibility as the plant conditions are dependent on plant care.


  P.S. The plant care instructions are attached with the shipment please strictly follow them. Anything beyond 24 hours notification are not eligible for refund and exchange

Garments Warranty

Garments are return Eligible up to 48 hours if there is any damage found. Once used, it is not return eligible. Disclaimer: Saree color may seem slightly different from the photo due to lights. This is not return eligible
